On the day of registration, participants will have the opportunity to book shiatsu massages at designated times in the program.

Paper, pens and crayons will be available - for writing, drawing, notes and messages. Books in the break area will be available for viewing and reading during breaks. Small snacks and drinks will also be available, but participants can definitely bring their own food and use the small kitchen in the studio. The garden terrace will be open for sunbathing :)

Questions and Answers


Do I need to know these techniques?No, you don't need to have any experience, you just need to feel ready for a new experience. Some participants may already have previous experience. In any case, the program will be adapted to both beginners and more experienced participants, with each participant working at his own level, and the learning will be about principles, not about forms of movement. The main technique is improvisation, so you will be free to work with the given principles at your own pace and mood. During these exercises, both beginners and advanced participants enjoy the joy of the joint experience. Regardless of your level, every new practice is a new initiation!

What clothes will I need?Please bring comfortable training clothes and a change of clothes as you may sweat during some of the exercises or sometimes feel cold and want to wear an extra layer. You can exercise barefoot or in socks. The entire studio is a shoe-free zone. During the shiatsu massage you remain clothed, we recommend wearing clean clothes during the massage. For Qigong, you can use traditional Chinese shoes or soft gymnastic shoes or other soft shoes - all shoes must be clean and intended for indoor use.


can i take a showerYes, there are showers in the studios, and we strongly recommend it.

Is it possible to stay in the studio?Yes, you can book an overnight stay in the studio. We have comfortable mattresses, just bring a sleeping bag. We have up to 11 places, however, you will share the facilities and spaces with other participants. There is an extra charge of 10 euros per night for overnight stays. Please contact us in advance to reserve a place.

Can I bring food?Yes, you can bring your own snacks in case you don't want to go out for lunch. The studio is equipped with kitchenettes, but there is no possibility of cooking. You can use the refrigerators and all the equipment (glasses, cups, cutlery) available to you. During the workshop, small snacks will be prepared for the breaks, but you can certainly bring a salad or sandwiches and enjoy the terrace during the lunch break. In the kitchen corners you will also find  various types of tea and coffee, we also have an original Turkish coffee maker for coffee lovers...


Do I really have to be silent all the time?We recommend following this rule throughout the program, also in order not to disturb other participants. However, if you feel the utmost urgency and need to say something urgently, you can whisper to the instructor without disturbing the other participants or take advantage of a suitable moment during the breaks. You can also try to communicate with a look or gestures, or simply take a pen and paper and write short messages. A whiteboard will be available for those who would like to share their thoughts and emotions. The instructors will talk during the exercises and provide the necessary information to guide you and you are not left behind in unknown worlds :)

How can I manage the program if I am shy?This workshop is the time for you. You can just rest. The program is not focused on performance. Each participant will work at their own level of experience. The goal is to have a gentle time during these exercises to feel better and learn more about yourself. No strict rules will be set, and even if the program is prepared in advance, the instructors will respond adequately to the events in the group in order to ensure the well-being of each participant as much as possible. If you feel you need to rest, feel free to do so, but without disturbing others. At any time during the exercise you can have a snack or a drink of water   (again without disturbing others), and then rejoin the exercise when you are ready. If this program in silence will be completely new to you, you can ask one of the instructors for a small talk at the end of the day and get reassurance :) Remember: this is a time for you and for your well-being. case of any further questions, be sure to write to us ... :)
