Somatic Dialogue is a gentle and soft practice which enables better understanding of one’s own body and movement capacity. Through the specific and clearly conducted principles of touch, the participants experience a deep connection with their own body. It uses mainly hands-on technique and principles of contemporary dance improvisation. 
This workshop is designed for participants who are active and have experience in the field of somatic work, bodywork, therapy, coaching, functional physiotherapy, dance and movement therapy, acting, improvisation. It is very suitable for all who have participated and/or are participating in our Somatic Dialogue classes and Silent Weekends.

14:00-15:00 break

When did you last give permission to let your body lead your head? When did you explore what is happening in your body without judging whether it is right or wrong? When did you last meet a stranger not through words but movements, perceptions of his/her energy, looking into his/her eyes? 
 
Welcome to the Silent Weekend. Imagine of a sufficient special time just for yourselves.. 
 
Choreographer Berrak Yedek and Qi-Gong expert Naïma Boukhanef have prepared this weekend full of care and love for you. We will take you through the mysteries of the body, and give you tools of practices in Qi-Gong and dance improvisation (Somatic Dialogue Technique), so that you can find ways of liberating emotions through your body.
 
The purpose of this weekend is through gentle physical and holistic practices to:
- help you to connect to yourself, your body & imagination
- provide space for yourself to slow down, so you can listen to your inner voice, rediscover your inspiration and creativity, and connect to your heart and feelings
 
DON'T WORRY! This weekend is suitable for beginners as well as experienced movers. You don’t have to have previous experience with those practices. The activities will be adjusted to the needs of the group.

An evening around Ludwig van Beethoven and his 3rd symphony in E flat major op. 55 and creative struggle, honesty and desire for perfection. ​This event is a part of a unique program of listening seminars lead by Vladislav Borovka and his collaborators from the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra for everyone who would like to be more connected with the essence of classical music and gain a deeper experience of listening. ​Each seminar will be thematic. The audience will gain insight about the piece of music, listen to different interpretations and rare recordings. ​In each meeting we wish to create a friendly atmosphere where the audience are invited to participate should they wish.

Imagine when you open your eyes, you find yourself in an ordinary couple’s house in İstanbul. What happens
if you stay there for  1h 15min and witness the couple’s strange and absurd night which leads them into a turning point. Based on a theater play, the film, using only point of view angle of the audience,  tries to tease  questions of voyeurism and being a side of in power relations between a couple’s plays of acceptance and rejection.
