A day inviting you to multiple shades and tones of touch. Togetherness and touch are one of the most complex and rich areas of work in Somatic Dialogue. In this workshop we will experience how bodies can tune to themselves, to each other and to the music. We will then explore the different shades of touch, from the non-physical to the physical, through well guided improvisation tasks, and active listening. This will then move us to a full experience of togetherness. The aim is to taste the qualities of togetherness, with the movement, with oneself, with the music and with the other in a safe and well defined environment. I invite you to tune into your realm of sensations, I will be there with you and guide you step by step in this labyrinth of what we feel when we touch and are touched.  The 1-day workshop will consist of 5 hours of work with an additional hour of lunch break where participants will taste and enjoy an open buffet together.
