This Package include 7 Online 75 min. classes. Every Thursday 10:30-11:45 (Prague Time) starting on the 18.04.2024 Dates: April: 18+25 May: 2+16+23+30 June: 6 **There is no class on the 9th of May. Dance Improvisation by Berrak Yedek Do you enjoy improvised dancing? Do you want to practice regularly at home but struggle to maintain the necessary discipline? As we all know, it's not always easy to stay disciplined when practicing a routine. With this course, you will receive a comprehensive movement class that you can easily do in the comfort of your own home. Additionally, you will receive guidance and motivation to practice on a weekly basis. All you need is a bit of space to move and a clear floor, along with access to a computer. The lessons are designed to provide you with the fundamentals of self-practice in dance improvisation, rooted in the principles of Somatic Dialogue. You will initiate a dialogue with your body and movements, gradually discovering your unique dance style. I will offer you a clear structure to navigate freely while also providing insights into movement techniques and precise tools for improvisation. The course is designed to be easy to understand and execute, yet it offers depth that will make you contemplate and reflect on it later. For this course, the following rules apply: * All payments are non-refundable. * Classes must be paid in full before the start of the session and are not prorated if classes are missed. * No refunds will be issued for missed classes. * In the event that Limpid Works needs to cancel a class, it will either be refunded or rescheduled.
