This Package include 7 Online 75 min. classes. Every Thursday 10:30-11:45 (Prague Time) starting on the 5.10.2023 Dates: October: 5+12+19 November: 2+16+23+30 **There are no classes on the 26th of October and 9th of November. Do you enjoy improvised dancing? Do you want to practice regularly at home but lack the discipline to do so? As we all know, having the discipline to practice a routine is not always easy. With this course, you will receive a thorough movement class that you can do in the comfort of your own home. Additionally, you will be guided and motivated to practice weekly. All you need is a bit of space to move and a clear floor, as well as access to a computer. The lessons are designed to provide you with the basics of self-practice in dance improvisation, based on the principles of Somatic Dialogue. You will start a dialogue with your body and movements, gradually discovering your own unique dance style. I will provide you with a clear structure to navigate freely, while also giving you insights into movement techniques and precise tools for improvisation. The course is easy to understand and execute, yet deep enough to make you feel and think about it later.
