Periphery around the Centre, on the floor

Lying on the floor all the time, start by imagining that you cannot move your centre as you wish, and it has to be still as much as it can. (Katerina had the advantage, that her centre at that time was really busy with something else, and she couldn’t use it as usual). And somehow find the way to activate the peripheral parts of your body to move around your centre. Explore and try to find how the movement around the centre differs to moving from the centre.
