Hands and Feet on the ground improvisation:
The task of this fun improv is that you are not allowed to lift your hands and feet from the ground. There should always be a part of your foot or your hands be in contact with the floor. And you have to move, and explore all possibilities of movements while keeping constantly an active relation to the floor. Play, start slowly, find solutions, let your body find the solutions necessary. Here I present you some possibilities. Have fun finding your own. And always ask yourself, what are the solutions. What do they make you feel like, what sensations emerge while you explore this exercise.
