Find your standing position, legs together, parallel and under your hips. They should not be too open, just open enough to keep a good alignment in the legs. Start with connecting to your chest and during the whole improvisation let your chest and arms speak, always reaching deep into your feet and from the feet into the chest. Explore the inner ways and roads and paths, and let your energy call your imagination. Stay always on the spot. Do not travel.
