Arms and Chest Sitting

Find a chair that is the right height for you, so that your legs can be in a 90 degrees angle, your feet placed comfortably on the ground so that you can have an active connection with the floor. Without losing the connection with the floor start exploring your arms and hands as well as your spine and the whole torso. Relate to your inner space first before relating to the space around you. All the while reach through your feet and legs towards the space of your torso. Find a supple and vivid relation with the floor, your feet staying alive but not moving.
