These 2-day workshops are for:

Somatic Dialogue Facilitators, Somatic Dialogue Facilitators in training, advanced movers and dancers who have at least 2 years of experience with dance improvisation.

Title: Finding the lead in the Body

• Exploring and creating Inner paths in the body where the movement flows

• Experimenting with the throwing and liberating of the energy and the catching it again

• Improving improvisation skills in Somatic Dialogue

This workshop is intended in going deep in the embodiment process of these principles.

In this workshop, we will practice the main movement principles of Somatic Dialogue from a silent place inside of us. We will not speak during the practice but then have time to verbalize our experiences.

For the next months at Limpid Works we have prepared a series of movement sessions led by Kateřina Ledvinková and Katrin Köhler. We are looking forward to seeing you.

No previous movement experience is necessary for this somatic journey.

We are going to meet for eight evenings, from 6:15pm to 7:45pm.

The evenings will be alternately led by one of the lecturers.
